  2. Refund: Once we can confirm the wrong order was sent out, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original condition.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • Inspo Wall Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
